Rental Analyzer Pro (“we”, “our”, or “the service”) provides AI-powered vacation rental listing optimization including one-time analysis reports, ListingPulse™ subscription monitoring service, competitor intelligence features, and listing optimization tools. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

Products and Pricing

We offer the following products and services:

• Quick Fix Report: A focused analysis of your listing with key improvement recommendations ($47)
• The Listing Maximizer Report: A comprehensive analysis with detailed scoring, photo review, and full recommendations ($97)
• Done-For-You Listing Overhaul: Complete professional rewrite and optimization of your listing ($497)
• Listing Rewrite: AI-generated copy packages with optimized titles, descriptions, and amenity lists ($79)
• ListingPulse™ Subscription: Ongoing monitoring with daily scans, score tracking, competitor intelligence, and optimization alerts ($19/mo)

Prices are in USD and may be updated from time to time. Current pricing is always displayed at the point of purchase.

ListingPulse Subscription Terms

ListingPulse™ is a monthly subscription service billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Monthly Billing: Your subscription is billed monthly starting from the date you subscribe. Payment is processed automatically via Stripe.
• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Prorated Refund: If you cancel mid-cycle, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your billing period.
• Pre-Billing Reminder: We send an email reminder 3 days before each renewal so you are never surprised by a charge.
• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Triple-Lock Guarantee

We stand behind our service with our Triple-Lock Guarantee:

• 30-Day Unconditional Refund: If you are not completely satisfied with your report or subscription within the first 30 days, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Rental Analyzer Pro solely for the purpose of analyzing and optimizing vacation rental listings. The following uses are prohibited:

• Using the service for any purpose other than analyzing vacation rental listings
• Automated scraping, crawling, or programmatic access to the service without prior written authorization
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting data, reports, or insights obtained from the service
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms or models
• Using the service to harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others

Intellectual Property

“Rental Analyzer Pro” and “ListingPulse” are trademarks of Rental Analyzer Pro. All content, design, code, algorithms, and branding associated with the service are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

AI-generated recommendations, listing rewrites, and copy packages produced by the service are licensed to you for use on your own vacation rental listings. You may use this content freely for your own listings but may not resell or redistribute it as a standalone product or service.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Rental Analyzer Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the service, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our service integrates with the following third-party providers to deliver its functionality: Google Gemini AI (content analysis and recommendations), AirROI (market intelligence), Apify (listing data extraction), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email communications), and Google Maps Platform (competitive map visualization).

Third-Party Data

Listing data from Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com is sourced via authorized data providers and publicly available listing pages. Market intelligence and competitor data is provided via AirROI. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data, and such data is provided on an as-available basis.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, booking increases, or ranking improvements as a result of using our service. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, listing quality, pricing, and platform algorithms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rental Analyzer Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or concern regarding the service, please contact us first at support@rentalanalyzerpro.app. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any issue promptly.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
